Narrative

DRESDEN, MO – A 22-year-old man was killed after he was struck by a hit-and-run driver while standing next to his car on Highway 50 before 1 a.m. Monday. Troopers said the man, who was identified as Ethan Dillon, was killed at the scene. They said the driver was headed east, and at this time, they are unable to provide a description of the driver and suspect’s vehicle.
