NEAR FREDERICKTOWN, MO – A 43-year-old man’s life was claimed when his vehicle hit an animal on Highway H, swerved off the road, and crashed into a tree Saturday. This collision was reported around 10 p.m. The man — Darrin McIntyre — did not wear a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
