CARL JUNCTION, MO – A 47-year-old woman from Republic is recovering at Cox Medical Center South after her SUV went airborne and overturned and crashed upon hitting a ditch.
This single-vehicle collision before 4 a.m. Monday. The driver and sole occupant of the car, Amanda Mizer, did not wear a seatbelt.
Mizer suffered serious wounds, and her current condition is unknown.
