NEAR MUSSELFORK, MO – A 3-year-old boy ran across the road on Route C and was struck by a 1998 Dodge Ram 2500, leading him to suffer fatal wounds Sunday. 

This crash occurred before 4 p.m. The driver — 41-year-old Justin Henke — was unharmed.
