Narrative

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO – A driver of a 2019 Dodge Charger tried to turn left when she struck a motorcycle, which claimed the life of the motorcyclist Monday. Cape Girardeau Police said the Dodge driver — 53-year-old Tylana Chapman of Jackson, Missouri  — came out from behind a McDonalds and hit James Randol, 56, also of Jackson. First responders rushed Randol to a hospital, where he later succumbed to fatal injuries.
