Narrative

CASSVILLE, MO – A single motorcycle crash on Wednesday night resulted in the death of two teenagers, as confirmed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The incident occurred on Highway 248, located approximately one mile east of Cassville, at about 8:30 p.m.

Ryan L. Wilson, 19, and his 14-year-old passenger were traveling east on State Highway 248 when Wilson lost control of the motorcycle, resulting in the vehicle veering off the right side of the road and colliding with an embankment. The force of the impact led to both Wilson and his passenger being ejected from the motorcycle.

The passenger suffered fatal injuries in the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene. Wilson was rushed to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries a short time later.
