NEAR EXETER, MO – A 66-year-old man suffered a medical episode, leading him to crash his 2023 Kia Telluride into an embankment, resulting in his death Friday. 

This collision happened around 12:30 p.m. on Missouri Highway 76. The man — Allen Lamar, a Wichita Falls, Texas resident — succumbed to fatal wounds. His passenger — 65-year-old Jean Lamar, also from Wichita Falls — was sent to Mercy Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
